Semi-Automatic Shrink Wrapper does Sealing and Shrinking in two different operations using centre-folded shrink films with very low energy consumption and comes with analog controls. The film is kept open around the product-loading tray, operator then easily inserts the product and moves it along the film to sealing position and brings down the L-bar sealer to initiate the sealing and then product is transferred to the shrink tunnel by PTC (Product Transfer Conveyor) which is automatically started right after the sealing process by L-bar sealer. Then shrinking process initiates in Shrink Tunnel as hot air is circulated inside the tunnel for excellent shrink result all around the package
